Due to the company’s recent restructuring Emblem Marketing is creating a team of Teleresearch Agents to undertake business-to-business research and list enhancement. The prime objective of the Teleresearch Agents will be to contact our clients’ prospects and customers in a professional manner to gather data that is input onto their sales and marketing databases. Initially the team of Agents will be small, but success for the company will involve a change of location and a growth in the team that will create opportunities for advancement. The successful candidates may already have field and
telephone experience, but we are also looking for people that are trying this
type of work for the first time. Full training in techniques and the clients’
requirements will always be given. Most of Emblem’s work is
business-to-business although occasionally we are called upon to undertake
consumer research. We choose our clients carefully and tend to attract mainly
blue chip companies with a good customer service ethos. |

The Teleresearch Agents will need good verbal communication skills and a professional manner. As some work is undertaken from a computer screen, adequate keyboard skills are also sought. Teleresearch Agents can expect to start on £5.50 per hour or more depending on experience. On the rare occasions when evening and weekend working is required an enhanced rate of pay is available. The positions are based at Golden Cross near Hailsham. With success the company will need to move to a larger site in the same area. Those seeking part-time or casual working hours are
