Due to the company’s recent restructuring Emblem Marketing is creating a team of agents to undertake outbound telesales/telemarketing and inbound call handling. The prime objective of the Telesales/marketing Agents will be to communicate to our clients’ prospects and customers in a professional, but persuasive manner. Initially the team of Agents will be small, but success for the company will involve a change of location and a growth in the team that will create opportunities for advancement. The successful candidates may already have call centre experience, but we are also looking for people that are trying this type of work for the first time. Full training in techniques and the clients’ products will always be given. Most of Emblem’s work is business-to-business telemarketing and setting appointments for sales visits. We choose our clients carefully and tend to attract mainly blue chip companies with a good customer service ethos. The Telesales/marketing Agents will need good verbal
communication skills and a professional manner. As some work is undertaken from
a computer screen, adequate keyboard skills are also sought. |

Telesales/marketing Agents can expect to start on £5.50 per hour or more depending on experience. Further enhancements are available to successful Agents as is enhanced pay for evening and weekend working. The positions are based at Golden Cross near Hailsham. With success the company will need to move to a larger site in the same area. Those seeking part-time or casual working hours are
